Licensing of articles: Where SuperGuide grants an express licence, a single article may be licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis (and without a right to sub-licence) for a fixed period of 12 months for an upfront fee of $5,500 (incl. GST) (or on any other terms SuperGuide considers appropriate in the specific circumstances). Updated versions of the licensed article may be licensed on the same terms for an additional fee of $2,200 (incl. GST) for an additional period of 12 month term.
